Guess I belong to the "Work Hard, Not Smart" category

There's this editorial assistant from my department who is very much hated by..let's see..almost everyone in the same department. For some reasons, which all of us have no idea of, he's the manager's pet.

At first, I was ok with him. Dissing all the stuffs my other colleague had been telling me. (She cannot stand him right from the beginning she was here. It's THAT bad.) Not until recently, he is starting to get on my nerves with his yaya-ness and the standard of work he is producing. Did i mention he is just an editorial assistant? He goes around telling people he's an writer when he cannot even write for nuts. His work is lousy, uncreative, with no effect put in. OMG! How can our manager not see all these??

Guess some ppl's life is like that. Guess what? Heard he got promoted.
